We have been doing business for over 37 years in Orange County and our longest client as been with us over 30 years. More than half our clients have been with us for over 20 years.

We have high expectations for the people we rent to. Not only do we follow plus standard guidelines in regards to income, debt and credit score, we also research the history of that tenant and conduct extensive interviews to gain a better understanding of who they are as a person.

Do we have good relationships with vendors and how long have we been working with them?

We have an incredible team of contractors, plumbers, electricians, handymen and other tradesmen with more specific skills that we have been working with for over 30 years. We have the ability to pull favors from time to time and we have an emergency team on call 24/7.

All of our bookkeeping is done in-house and we do not pay a month behind. We hustle to get the rents in early or on time and turn around to get payment to you generally before the 10th of the month. Each payment comes with a monthly statement and we provide annual statements as well.
